二维材料与其他功能材料的结合具有非常广阔的发展空间,有望实现单一材料无法企及的优异性能。例如,我们将二维材料应用到钙钛矿太阳能电池中,不但可以有效的提升钙钛矿材料的结晶度,并且可以改变界面电荷导出势垒,提高光生载流子的收集效率,从而达到提高优化器件性能的目的。
